Ongoing support
A straightforward monthly option.
A website is not finished forever on launch day. Contact details change, services evolve and occasional technical work is needed, so the managed service keeps routine responsibilities in one place while the agreed subscription remains active.
Website build included
The initial focused website is included within the managed arrangement rather than charged as the standard one-off build.
Hosting and maintenance
We keep the agreed site hosted and handle routine technical maintenance within the scope of the plan.
Minor content updates
Reasonable changes such as contact details, service wording and supplied images can be requested when needed.
Direct support
You have a clear contact for website questions rather than being passed between unrelated providers.
What the managed plan covers
- A focused business website designed and launched within an agreed scope.
- Website hosting and routine availability checks while the plan remains active.
- Reasonable minor updates to existing sections using content you supply.
- Technical maintenance and help with routine website questions.
- A clear process for quoting larger additions that fall outside the monthly plan.
What needs separate agreement
New pages, major redesigns, advanced booking systems, online shops, paid advertising, ongoing content production and large volumes of changes are not automatically unlimited. If a request sits outside the normal plan, we will explain the additional scope and cost before carrying it out.
Managed website questions
Is there a minimum term?
The payment schedule, initial commitment, cancellation process and what happens to the website after cancellation must be written into the service agreement before work starts.
Who owns the domain?
The preferred arrangement is for the client to own or retain clear control of their domain. Any domain purchased or managed on the client’s behalf will be documented explicitly.
Are updates unlimited?
No. The service covers reasonable minor updates; major additions or repeated substantial changes require a separate quote so the arrangement remains workable for both sides.
